摘要:
目的 提高彩色多普勒超声对乳腺纤维腺病诊断的正确率。方法 选取2016年2月~2018年5月大兴区妇幼保健院超声诊断为BI-RADS 4级,经病理或手术证实为乳腺纤维腺病的40例患者作为研究对象,回顾分析乳腺纤维腺病的大小、形态、边界、边缘、纵横比、内部回声、钙化及有无后方衰等,再行彩色多普勒超声血流检查,观察病变内部及周边血流分布情况。结果 在乳腺纤维腺病超声表现中,病变的边缘前后回声光滑、左右边界欠清有尖角形成、部分内部见纤细分隔、后方回声正常、缺乏血供为最重要的特征。结论 熟悉超声图像特点可以提高对乳腺纤维腺病的诊断符合率。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To improve the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fibroadenosis of breast.Methods From February 2016 to May 2018,the Daxing District Maternal and Child Health Hospital was diagnosed as BI-RADS 4,and 40 patients with pathological or surgical confirmed fibroadenosis of breast were retrospectively analyzed.Size,shape,border,edge,aspect ratio,internal echo,calcification and presence or absence of posterior fascia,and then color Doppler ultrasound blood flow examination to observe the distribution of blood flow inside and around the lesion.Results In the ultrasound manifestations of fibroadenosis of breast,the echoes on the edge of the lesion are smooth,the left and right borders are not clear,the sharp corners are formed,the internal part is slender,the posterior echo is normal,and the blood supply is the most important feature.Conclusion Familiarity with ultrasound imaging features can improve the diagnostic compliance rate for fibroadenosis of breast.
