摘要:
心肺复苏的关键在于复苏过程中需要进行连续的按压，要保证按压的有效性和规范性，心肺复苏仪能保证恒定、连续、力量不变的按压，可以有效改善患者循环，从而提高心肺复苏有效率以及抢救成功率。对2016年11月17日本院收治的1例3 h内2次“心脏骤停”患者予以超长心肺复苏，采取心肺复苏仪，除颤，气管插管及药物生命支持等抢救，同时进行护理干预，患者抢救成功，住院11 d康复出院。
Abstract:
Abstract：The key to cardiopulmonary resuscitation is the need for continuous compression during the resuscitation process.To ensure the effectiveness and standardization of the compression,the cardiopulmonary resuscitation device can ensure constant,continuous, constant force compression,which can effectively improve the patient's circulation,thereby improving the efficiency of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the success rate of rescue.On November 17,2016,one patient who was admitted to our hospital for 2 times of “cardiacarrest”within 3 h was given long-term cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and was treated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, defibrillation,tracheal intubation and drug life support.The nursing intervention was carried out,the patient was successfully rescued, and discharged from hospital after 11 d of hospitalization.
