摘要:
下腔静脉畸形伴腹腔多脏器异位属于先天性发育异常，临床少见。结肠静脉由下腔静脉的分支分出，在行结肠癌根治手术时需对其所供应血管进行选择性离断，而脏器的位置对于寻找目标血管具有指导性作用，因此结肠癌手术术前CT对血管及脏器的评估意义重大。本文报道1例下腔静脉畸形伴腹腔多脏器异位合并结肠癌的特殊病例，以为临床工作者提供经验。
Abstract:
Abstract：Inferior vena cava malformation with multiple organ ectopic abdominal cavity is a congenital dysplasia,clinically rare.The colon vein is separated from the branch of the inferior vena cava.In the radical operation of colon cancer,the blood vessels to be supplied are selectively disconnected,and the position of the organ is instructive for finding the target blood vessel.Therefore,the evaluation of blood vessels and organs by CT before surgery for colon cancer surgery is of great significance.This article reports a case of inferior vena cava malformation with multiple organ ectopic and colon cancer in the abdominal cavity,in order to provide experience for clinicians.
