摘要:
目的 探讨单纯输尿管结石术后双J管留置2周、4周对患者并发症、手术效果的影响。方法 收集山东大学齐鲁医院青岛院区2015年7月~2017年7月收治的单纯输尿管结石患者87例，其中术后双J管留置时间2周45例，4周42例，术后对上述所有患者进行随访，观察并发症及治疗效果。结果 两组患者均未出现输尿管狭窄等严重并发症。4周组患者术后感染、出血、腰部不适、输尿管口及管口周围炎性改变、双J管结石附着及拔管后输尿管出血发生率均高于2周组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 单纯输尿管结石术后双J管留置时间2周可减少并发症，不影响手术效果。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of double-J tube indwelling for 2 weeks and 4 weeks after ureteral calculi on the complications and surgical outcomes.Methods A total of 87 patients with simple ureteral calculi admitted to the Qingdao institute of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from July 2015 to July 2017 were enrolled.Among them,45 patients were treated with double J tube indwelling for 2 weeks and 42 patients for 4 weeks.All of the above were performed after operation.The patients were followed up to observe complications and treatment effects. Results No serious complications such as ureteral stricture occurred in either group. Postoperative infection,hemorrhage,lumbar discomfort,ureteral orifice and inflammatory changes around the orifice,double J tube calculus attachment and ureteral bleeding after extubation were higher in the 4-week group than in the 2-week group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The double J tube indwelling time after ureteral calculi can reduce complications without affecting the operation.
