摘要:
目的 观察小剂量舒芬太尼在剖宫产术麻醉中预防寒战和牵拉痛的临床效果。方法 选择2017年1月~12月我院收治的86例剖宫产术产妇，随机分为对照组与观察组，各43例。对照组采用布比卡因与大剂量舒芬太尼麻醉，观察组则采用布比卡因与小剂量舒芬太尼麻醉，对比两组的预防寒战和牵拉痛效果。结果 观察组寒战发生率为18.60%，低于对照组的46.51%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组牵拉疼痛发生率为30.23%，低于对照组的76.74%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在剖宫产手术中采用小剂量舒芬太尼进行麻醉，可降低牵拉疼痛与寒战的发生率，从而使得手术能顺利进行，并最大限度保障了母婴的健康与安全。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of low-dose sufentanil in preventing chills and pulling pain during cesarean section anesthesia.Methods 86 cesarean section women who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with bupivacaine and high-dose sufentanil,and the observation group was anesthetized with bupivacaine and low-dose sufentanil to compare the effects of preventing cold and pulling pain in the two groups.Results The incidence of shivering in the observation group was 18.60%,which was lower than that in the control group 46.51%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of traction pain in the observation group was 30.23%,which was lower than that in the control group 76.74%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of low-dose sufentanil for anesthesia during cesarean section can reduce the incidence of traction pain and chills,thus allowing the operation to proceed smoothly and maximizing the health and safety of the mother and the baby.
