摘要:
目的 观察中西医结合护理在老年糖尿病视网膜病变低视力患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年6月~12月我院就诊的80例老年糖尿病视网膜病变低视力患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予中西医结合护理干预，采用自我效能感测量表及中文版低视力者生活质量量表对两组患者自我效能及生活质量进行评价。结果 干预后，观察组自我效能感评分为（28.11±2.35）分，高于对照组的（15.67±2.04）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量得分为（69.86±3.09）分，高于对照组的（40.76±2.39）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中西医结合护理模式可有效提高DR患者自我效能，同时对改善患者生活质量具有积极的意义。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on low vision patients with diabetic retinopathy in the elderly.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy with low vision who were admitted to our hospital from June to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given a combination of Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention.The self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated by the self-efficacy measure and the Chinese version of the low-vision quality of life scale.Results After intervention,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was (28.11±2.35),which was higher than that of the control group (15.67±2.04),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was (69.86±3.09),higher than the control group(40.76±2.39),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing model can effectively improve the self-efficacy of DR patients,and it has positive significance for improving patients’ quality of life.
