摘要:
目的 探讨首发脑卒中偏瘫患者给予早期康复护理干预对其肢体功能的影响。方法 将我院收治的132例首发脑卒中偏瘫患者根据住院单双号分为对照组和干预组，每组66例。对照组采用常规临床护理措施，干预组在对照组基础上开展早期康复护理干预，对比两组患者护理前后上下肢肌力评分、Barthel指数和Fugl-meyer评分。结果 护理干预后，两组患者的肌力水平均较护理前有所改善，但干预组患者改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的Fugl-meyer评分和Barthel指数评分均较护理前有所改善，但干预组患者改善情况优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 首发脑卒中偏瘫患者给予早期康复护理干预，能够促进其肢体功能的恢复，降低患者的致残率，从而有效提高其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb function of hemiplegic patients with first stroke.Methods The 132 patients with first stroke and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the hospital single and double numbers,with 66 cases in each group.The control group used routine clinical nursing measures.The intervention group carried out early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The upper and lower extremity muscle strength scores,Barthel index and Fugl-meyer score were compared before and after treatment.Results After nursing intervention,the muscle strength of the two groups was improved compared with that before the treatment,but the improvement of the intervention group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Fugl-meyer score and the Barthel index scores of the two groups were better than those before the nursing,but the improvement of the intervention group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with hemiplegia after first stroke can promote the recovery of limb function,reduce the rate of disability,and improve the quality of life effectively.
