摘要:
目的 观察活血美颗粒联合中药面膜治疗面部雀斑的疗效。方法 选取2016年9月~2018年8月经中西医确诊的光老化雀斑99例，按数字随机法分为两组。治疗组53例使用活血美颗粒联合自制中药面膜进行治疗；对照组46例使用千白氢醌乳膏治疗。1月为1疗程，连续治疗3疗程，观察治疗后面部恢复情况,并对其治疗效果进行判断。结果 治疗组总有效率和雀斑治疗前后评分下降指数分别为75.47%、（0.62±0.11）；而对照组总有效率和雀斑治疗前后评分下降指数分别为56.52%、（0.45±0.24），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 活血美颗粒联合中药面膜治疗面部雀斑，疗效满意。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huoxuemei Granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask on facial freckles.Methods A total of 99 cases of photoaging freckles diagnosed by Chinese and Western medicine from September 2016 to August 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the numerical random method.In the treatment group,53 cases were treated with Huoxuemei Granules combined with homemade Chinese medicine mask;In the control group,46 cases were treated with Hydroquinone Cream,1 month as a course of treatment and 3 consecutive courses of treatment.The facial recovery after treatment was observed and its therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate and the score decrease index of freckles before and after treatment in the treatment group were 75.47%,(0.62±0.11),respectively,while in the control group,the total effective rate and the score decrease index before and after treatment were 56.52%,(0.45±0.24),respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Huoxue Mei granule combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of facial freckles is satisfactory.
