摘要:
目的 探讨分析左甲状腺素钠片采用不同初始剂量治疗先天性甲状腺功能减退症的价值。方法 以2015年7月~2016年6月收治的78例先天性甲状腺功能减退症患者研究,按数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予左甲状腺素钠片初始剂量为12 μg/(kg·d),观察组给予左甲状腺素钠片初始剂量为8 μg/(kg·d),对比两组患者甲状腺功能、生长发育指标及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组TSH水平(1.42±0.59)mU/L低于对照组的(3.77±0.72)mU/L,T4水平(43.19±3.25)nmol/L和FT4水平(163.06±6.22)pmol/L高于对照组的(25.78±2.16)nmol/L、(122.17±5.17)pmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发育指标总分(174.04±4.25)分高于对照组的(168.80±2.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率12.82%与对照组的17.95%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 甲状腺素钠片以8 μg/(kg·d)对CH患者进行治疗最为理想,可有效改善患者的甲状腺功能,促进其正常发育。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of different initial doses of levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of congenital hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 78 patients with congenital hypothyroidism admitted from July 2015 to June 2016 were divided into control group and observation group by digital randomization method,39 cases in each group.The initial dose of levothyroxine sodium tablets in the control group was 12μg/(kg·d),and the initial dose of levothyroxine sodium tablets in the observation group was 8μg/(kg·d).The thyroid function,growth and development indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The TSH level(1.42±0.59)mU/L in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(3.77±0.72)mU/L,T4 level(43.19±3.25)nmol/L,The FT4 level(163.06±6.22)pmol/L was higher than that of the control group(25.78±2.16)nmol/L, (122.17±5.17)pmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total scores of development indicators(174.04±4.25)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(168.80±2.91),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.82% in the observation group and 17.95% in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The thyroxine sodium tablets are ideal for the treatment of CH patients with 8μg/(kg·d), which can effectively improve the thyroid function and promote their normal development.
