摘要:
目的 研究护理干预对甲状腺手术患者疼痛及负性情绪的影响。方法 选取我院2015年2月~2018年1月收治的88例甲状腺患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各44例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全程护理干预。对比护理前后血压、心率、SAS和SDS评分、疼痛程度以及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组血压、心率、SAS和SDS评分均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组疼痛程度低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的护理满意度为97.72%，高于对照组的72.72%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护理干预可改善甲状腺手术患者的心理状态，缓解疼痛，提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of nursing intervention on pain and negative emotion in patients with thyroid surgery. Methods 88 thyroid patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases each.The control group received routine care and the observation group used full-course nursing intervention.Compare blood pressure,heart rate,SAS and SDS scores,pain levels,and care satisfaction before and after treatment.Results After nursing,the blood pressure,heart rate,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.72%,which was higher than that of the control group 72.72%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with thyroid surgery,relieve pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
