摘要:
目的 研究并探讨呼吸兴奋剂(尼可刹米+洛贝林)联合纳洛酮与氟马西尼在重度安眠药物中毒抢救治疗中的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年1月~2017年8月我科收治的60例重度安眠药物中毒患者,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用纳洛酮联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗,观察组采用氟马西尼联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗,两组在疗效、格拉斯哥昏迷指数、催醒时间、住院时间、不良反应等方面作比较。结果 观察组的总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的GCS评分均显著增高,而治疗后观察组的GCS评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的催醒时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在重度安眠药物中毒患者急诊抢救治疗中,采用呼吸兴奋剂与氟马西尼联合治疗的催醒效果优于纳洛酮+呼吸兴奋剂,可作为重度安眠药物中毒的首选治疗方案。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study and explore the clinical efficacy of respiratory stimulant(nikethamide+Lobeline)combined with naloxone and flumazenil in the treatment of severe hypnotic drug poisoning.Methods From January 2014 to August 2017,60 patients with severe hypnotic drug poisoning admitted to our department were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients.The control group was treated with naloxone combined with respiratory stimulant.The observation group was treated with flumazenil combined with respiratory stimulant.The two groups were compared in efficacy, Glasgow coma index,wake time,length of hospital stay, and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate(96.67%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);GCS scores of both groups were significantly increased after treatment,but after treatment,GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the awake time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the emergency rescue treatment of patients with severe hypnotic drug poisoning,the combination of respiratory stimulant and flumazenil is better than naloxone+respiratory stimulant,which can be used as the first choice of severe hypnotic drug poisoning treatment programs.
