摘要:
目的 了解下肢深静脉血栓患者在进行彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值。方法 以2016年8月~2017年5月收治的下肢深静脉血栓形成的45例患者为研究对象，分别采用静脉造影及彩色多普勒超声的方式对其进行检测以及分析对比。结果 参与本研究的45例患者，其彩色多普勒超声检测结果与静脉造影检测结果具有较高的一致性，彩色多普勒超声检测的准确率达到91.10%。结论 利用彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓患者进行诊断，具有操作便捷、安全性好、准确率高的特点，同时直观的图像显示有助于清晰展示静脉血管病变情况，具有较好的临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To understand the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods 45 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities admitted from August 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in this study.Their venous angiography and color Doppler echocardiography were used to detect and compare them respectively.Results 45 patients participated in this study.The results of color Doppler ultrasound and venography were consistent.The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was 91.10%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities has the advantages of convenient operation,good safety and high accuracy.At the same time,an intuitive image display helps to clearly show the situation of venous vascular disease and has a good clinical value.
