摘要:
基于医院信息平台构建临床药学服务平台，与医生工作站系统、检验信息系统、医学影像信息系统及电子病历系统等互联互通，方便临床药师实时查询患者的电子病历、用药医嘱、检验和检查结果等诊疗信息，支持药师主动参与临床诊疗过程，干预和指导临床用药，实现与医生的互动，保障临床用药的安全和合理。
Abstract:
Based on the hospital information platform, the clinical pharmacy service platform is constructed, which is interconnected with the doctor workstation system, the inspection information system, the medical imaging information system and the electronic medical record system, so that the clinical pharmacist can query the patient's electronic medical record, medication instructions, inspection and examination results in real time. Information, support pharmacists to actively participate in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process, intervention and guidance of clinical medication, to achieve interaction with doctors, to ensure the safety and rationality of clinical medication.
