摘要:
目的 观察经C臂机去旋转定位引导下PKP治疗伴有DS的椎体压缩骨折的疗效。方法 我院自2015年7月~2018年6月收治30例伴有DS畸形椎体压缩骨折的患者,采用术中经C臂机去旋转定位引导下PKP治疗。现参照术前、术后WHO疼痛分级标准,评价其治疗效果。结果 手术时间50~60 min,失血量10~30 ml,随访3~12个月,优良率93.33%。无1例骨水泥渗漏至椎管损伤神经及伤口感染等并发症。结论 经C臂机去旋转定位引导下PKP手术可有效治疗伴有DS的椎体压缩骨折,术中失血量少,优良率高,并发症少。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of PKP in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures with DS by C-arm derotation.Methods From July 2015 to June 2018, 30 patients with DS malformation vertebral compression fractures were treated with PKP under the guidance of C-arm machine. According to the preoperative and postoperative WHO pain grading standards, the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results The operation time was 50~60 min, the blood loss was 10~30 ml, and the follow-up was 3~12 months. The excellent and good rate was 93.33%. No bone cement leaked into the spinal canal nerve and wound infection and other complications.Conclusion The PKP operation guided by C-arm derotationpositioning can effectively treat vertebral compression fractures with DS. The blood loss during operation is low, the excellent rate is high, and the complications are few.
