摘要:
基质金属蛋白酶是机体内发挥重要作用的一类蛋白水解酶，作为该家族中的重要成员之一，在肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移过程中起重要作用，并受HER-2、Vav3、E-Cad/β-catenin 通路等多种蛋白分子，基因及信号通路的调节。蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子是近几年发现的一种主要在肿瘤组织中表达的癌性抑制因子，在胃癌细胞的增殖、转化及抗衰老等过程中发挥重要作用。
Abstract:
Matrix metalloproteinases are a class of proteolytic enzymes in the body which play an important role,as one of the important members of the class,MMP-2 plays an important role in tumor cell invasion and metastasis process,and regulated by HER-2,Vav3,E-Cad/β-catenin pathway protein molecules,gene and signal pathways of cancer.Inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A is a recently discovered inhibitor that mainly expressed in tumor tissue,it plays an important role in the proliferation,transformation and anti-aging of gastric cancer cells.
