摘要:
ICU长期卧床患者多发下肢深静脉血栓，其预防较治疗更为重要，但目前临床护理过程中常忽视对于下肢深静脉血栓的预防，尤其腹内压的控制等因素常常被忽略。本文从下肢深静脉血栓形成（LDVT）病因、高危人群、评估识别、预防护理等角度系统地对LDVT展开阐述，希望能为临床工作提供一定借鉴。
Abstract:
ICU long-term bedridden patients with multiple lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,the preventive treatment is more important,but often neglected in clinical care for prevention of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity,especially intra-abdominal pressure control and other factors are often ignored.In this paper,from the formation of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LDVT)etiology,high-risk assessment recognition.The prevention and nursing aspects of the system of LDVT are discussed, hoping to provide a reference for clinical work.
