摘要:
目的 探讨Caspase-3在不同临床分期的翼状胬肉中的表达和意义。方法 采用免疫组化Elibision法检测20例静止期翼状胬肉、20例活动期翼状胬肉、10例正常结膜中上皮细胞中Caspase-3的表达。结果 Caspase-3在翼状胬肉上皮细胞中为低表达,和正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),静止期和活动期翼状胬肉组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Caspase-3在翼状胬肉上皮细胞中为低表达,提示翼状胬肉的发生、发展有可能和上皮细胞凋亡和增殖异常有关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Caspase-3 in pterygium at different clinical stages.Methods 20 cases of quiescent pterygium and 20 cases of active pterygium were detected by immunohistochemical Elibision method. Expression of Caspase-3 in epithelial cells of 10 cases of normal conjunctiva.Results The expression of Caspase-3 was low in pterygium epithelial cells.There was significant difference between pterygium group and normal control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in pterygium between static and active stage(P>0.05).Conclusion The low expression of Caspase-3 in pterygium epithelial cells suggests that the occurrence and development of pterygium may be related to the abnormal apoptosis and proliferation of pterygium cells.
