摘要:
目的 分析早期康复治疗对于急性脑血管疾病肢体功能的影响。方法 选取我院2014年10月~2016年10月收治的急性脑血管病肢体功能障碍患者124例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组62例。对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上配合早期康复治疗，对比两组患者的神经功能水平（ESS）、巴氏指数（BI）和躯体功能评分。结果 治疗后3个月，观察组患者的ESS、BI和躯体功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床上急性脑血管肢体功能障碍患者在进行治疗时，常规治疗配合早期康复治疗能够有效改善患者的肢体功能质量，提高生活质量，值得推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation on limb function of acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods 124 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and limb dysfunction admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.The observation group was compared with the early rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group,and the neurological function(ESS),the Papanicum index(BI)and physical function scores of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 months after treatment,ESS,BI and physical function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of acute cerebral vascular dysfunction,regular treatment combined with early rehabilitation can effectively improve the limb function and quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.
