摘要:
目的 观察牙周牙髓综合治疗逆行性牙髓炎的临床效果，分析其临床应用价值。方法 选取2014年1月1日~2017年4月1日我院门诊口腔科收治的逆行性牙髓炎患者68例，所有患者均进行牙周牙髓综合治疗，观察患者治愈情况，比较治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月疗效情况。结果 68例患者经牙周牙髓综合治疗后，有68例（100.00%）患者全部治愈，治疗后暂时未出现不良反应。在1个月、3个月、6个月进行随访观察，治疗后6个月总有效率（86.76%）较治疗后1个月（100.00%）、3个月（97.06%）下降，无效患者从0例上升到9例（13.24%），比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对于逆行性牙髓炎患者，采取牙周牙髓综合治疗疗效确切，在治疗牙髓炎的同时，对牙周进行治疗，即解决了牙髓炎问题，同时对牙周的治疗巩固了疗效。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of periodontal andendodonticcomprehensive treatment for retrograde pulpitis and analyze its clinical application value.Methods From January 1st 2014 to April 1st 2017, 68 patients with retrograde pulpitis were treated in our outpatient department of stomatology.All patients were treated with periodontal and endodontic comprehensive treatment. The curative effect at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment was observed and compared.Results All the 68 cases(100.00%) were cured after periodontal and endodontic comprehensive treatment and no adverse reaction after treatment temporarily.They were followed up 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after the treatment,the total effective rate in 6 months after treatment (86.76%) was lower than that in 1 month after treatment (100.00%) and 3 months(97.06%)after treatment , and the number of ineffective patients increased from 0 to 9(13.24%). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion For the patients with retrograde pulpitis, the comprehensive treatment of periodontal and endodontic is effective.Treatment the pulpitis and periodontal disease simultaneously can solve the problem of pulpitis as well as consolidate the curative effect of the periodontal treatment.
