摘要:
目的 分析限制热卡营养早期应用于ICU内科重症成年患者中效果研究。方法 选择本院2016年8月~2017年8月接收的146例ICU内科的重症成年患者资料,随机分为研究组与对照组,各73例;对照组为足量的热卡营养,研究组是限制性的热卡饮食,观察限制热卡营养对病死率的影响分析。结果 研究组热卡摄入量(789.64±254.13)分低于对照组热卡摄入量(1329.67±516.24)分,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),两组蛋白质的摄入量及蛋白质干预时间无差异,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),Hb、TRF、ALB等两组对比无差异,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 限制热卡营养早期应用在ICU的内科重症成年患者中,所需蛋白质基本类似,热量摄取不影响病死率。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of early application of restricted calorie nutrition in severe adult patients in ICU.Methods From August 2016 to August 2017,146 cases of severe adult patients in ICU department were selected.They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 73 cases in each group.The control group is a sufficient calorie nutrition,the study group is a restricted hot calorie diet,the results of the two groups were studied.Results The caloric ratio in the control group was higher than that in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early application of restricted calorie nutrition in severe adult patients with ICU requires similar protein and caloric intake has no effect on mortality.
