摘要:
目的 探讨口福怡稻对2型糖尿病患者的临床效果及对血糖波动的影响。方法 取2015年3月~2017年4月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例，按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组患者食用普通大米，观察组患者采用口福怡稻治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后血糖水平变化以及不良反应情况。结果 两组治疗前FBG、PPBG、HbA1C、Fins差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗3个月后，观察组FBG、PPBG、HbAlC水平分别为（6.10±1.24）mmol/L、（6.38±1.19）mmol/L、（7.21±1.45）%，低于对照组的（6.96±1.34）mmol/L、（7.64±1.23）mmol/L、（9.34±1.32）%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组Fins水平为（14.21±4.53）IU/ml，高于对照组的（13.21±4.42）IU/ml，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者采用口福怡稻治疗效果理想，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kou Fuyi Dao on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and its effect on blood glucose fluctuation.Methods From March 2015 to April 2017,60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group with 30 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with common rice,the patients in the observation group were treated with Kou Fuyi Dao.The changes of blood glucose level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in FBG,PPBG,HbA1C and Fins before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the level of FBG、PPBG、HbAlC was（6.10±1.24）mmol/L、（6.38±1.19）mmol/L、（7.21±1.45）% in the observation group,which is lower than that in the control group（6.96±1.34）mmol/L、（7.64±1.23）mmol/L、（9.34±1.32）%,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The level of Fins in the observation group was (14.21±4.53) IU/ml,which was higher than that in the control group(13.21±4.42) IU/ml.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with Kou Fuyi Dao is effective and worth popularizing.
