摘要:
目的 观察电脑中频药透对老年社区获得性肺炎的治疗效果。方法 选取2014年5月~2016年5月本院住院治疗的老年CAP患者152例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组76例。对照组采用抗感染及对症治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上给予电脑中频药透治疗。对比两组治疗前后中性粒细胞比率、CRP、胸片评分、体温、BUN、Cr、AST、ALT以及临床治疗效果。结果 治疗后两组CRP及中性粒细胞比率均降低，体温、胸片评分均下降，治疗组与对照组比较下降更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组总有效率为92.11%，高于对照组的71.05%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗前后BUN、Cr、AST、ALT指标变化无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 电脑中频药透治疗老年CAP疗效确切，能改善患者的症状，降低炎性指标，操作简单，无不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of medium -frequency drug penetration of computer on elderly patients with acute pneumonia.Methods MethodsFrom May 2014 to May 2016, 152 elderly patients with CAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 76 cases each.The control group was treated with anti-infection and symptomatic therapy, and the treatment group was treated with computer medium-frequency drug penetration on the basis of the control group.The ratio of neutrophils , CRP, chest radiographic score, body temperature and BUN,Cr,AST,ALT and clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the ratio of neutrophilsandCRP were decreased, body temperature and chest radiography scores were all decreased in both groups, and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.11%, which was higher than that 71.05%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in BUN,Cr,AST,ALT between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of CAP by computer medium frequency drug penetration is effective and can improve the symptoms and reduce the inflammatory index. It is easy to operate and has no adverse reactions.
