摘要:
目的 对基层医院创伤患者院前急救的护理进行探讨。方法 选择我院2016年1月~12月862例有救护车出车记录创伤患者成立观察组，选择2015年1月~12月725例有救护车出车记录创伤患者成立对照组，对比两组院前急救护理患者预后情况。结果 对照组725例患者中，成功转入院内救治637例，其中收入本院治疗316例，请外院专家及转入上级医院治疗321例，转入院内救治率87.86%；观察组725例患者中，成功转入院内救治842例，其中收入本院治疗378例，请外院专家及转入上级医院治疗464例，转入院内救治率97.68%；观察组转入院内救治率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组死亡20例，死亡率为2.32%，对照组死亡88例，死亡率为12.14%；观察组死亡率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 开展创伤患者院前急救护理过程中，应确保患者呼吸通畅和有效止血，并对生命体征进行严格检测，一旦发现异常立即采取处理措施。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the prehospital emergency care of trauma patients in primary hospitals.Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,862 patients with trauma recorded by ambulances in our hospital were selected to set up an observation group. From 2015 January to December,725 patients with trauma recorded by ambulance were selected as control group.Results Among 725 patients in control group,637 cases were transferred to hospital successfully,among which 316 cases were admitted to our hospital.Invited outside hospital experts and transferred to the higher level hospital treatment of 321 cases transferred to the hospital treatment rate of 87.86%;observation group of 862 patients successfully transferred to the hospital for treatment of 842 cases,of which 378 income hospital treatment,please the hospital experts and transferred to the higher hospital treatment 464,transferred to the hospital 97.68% rate of treatment;observation group transferred to the hospital treatment rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 20 deaths in the observation group,with a mortality rate of 2.32%.There were 88 deaths in the control group with a mortality rate of 12.14%.The mortality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the pre-hospital emergency care for trauma patients,we should ensure that the patient's breathing and patency to stop bleeding,and the vital signs of strict testing,once found abnormal treatment immediately.
