摘要:
目的 观察综合护理干预对减轻外科患者术后疼痛的效果，以提高临床外科护理服务质量。方法 选择本院2016年9月~2017年9月收治的100例外科手术患者，按照随机数表法分为常规护理组与综合护理组，各50例，常规护理组实施常规护理干预，综合护理组实施综合护理干预，对比两组患者的疼痛程度与护理满意度。结果 对比两组患者护理后的疼痛程度评分，综合护理组显然低于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；常规护理组的护理满意度（86.00%）低于综合护理组（98.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预对减轻外科患者术后疼痛的效果显著，且护理满意度高，值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on relieving postoperative pain in surgical patients to improve the quality of clinical surgical nursing services.Methods A total of 100 surgical patients admitted from September 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were divided into routine care group and comprehensive care group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.Conventional nursing group underwent routine nursing intervention and general nursing group implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,compared the two groups of patients with pain and nursing satisfaction.Results Comparing the pain scores of two groups after nursing,the comprehensive care group was obviously lower than the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction(86.00%)of the general nursing group was lower than that of the general nursing group(98.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect on alleviating postoperative pain in surgical patients,and nursing satisfaction is high and worthy of promotion.
