摘要:
ECMO具有强大的心肺替代功能,操作相对简单,近年来被逐渐广泛应用在临床治疗中,ECMO的出现使很多临床危重症的抢救成功率显著提高,如难治性心源性休克、血流动力学障碍、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、心跳呼吸骤停等。本文着重对ECMO在危重症心脏疾病的临床应用作一综述。
Abstract:
Abstract:ECMO has a strong heart and lung function,the operation is relatively simple,in recent years has been widely used in clinical treatment,the appearance of ECMO makes the rescue many clinical critical disease success rate increased significantly,such as refractory cardiogenic shock,hemodynamic disorder,acute respiratory distress syndrome,respiratory and cardiac arrest.This article is a review of the clinical application of ECMO in critical heart disease.
