摘要:
脑出血是临床常见的急重症,其发病率、致残率及死亡率均很高。脑出血后应激性高血糖发生率高,应激性高血糖明显增加脑出血患者的致死率及致残率。因此,探讨高血压脑出血与应激性高血糖的关系及应对措施尤为重要。本文对高血压脑出血后应激性高血糖的发生机制、危害以及治疗措施进行综述。
Abstract:
Abstract:Intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)is a common acute disease with high morbidity,disability and mortality.The incidence of stress hyperglycemia is high after intracerebral hemorrhage.Stress hyperglycemia significantly increases the mortality and disability rate of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Thus,it is particularly important to explore the relationship between hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and stress hyperglycemia and its countermeasures.This article reviews the mechanism,harm and treatment of stress hyperglycemia after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
