摘要:
随着经济水平的提高及生活方式的改变,我国代谢综合征的发病人数也在以惊人的速度增长,其与癌症的关系也引起广泛重视。MS增加癌症风险的潜在因素包括腹型肥胖、血脂紊乱、2型糖尿病、高血压、炎症、缺氧。研究表明MS及其相关组分在肿瘤的病因、进展及预后中发挥重要作用。本文就代谢综合征与肿瘤的研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Abstract:With the improvement of economic level and the change of lifestyle,the incidence of metabolic syndrome in China is increasing at an alarming rate,and its relationship with cancer has also attracted wide attention.The potential factors for increasing the risk of cancer in MS include abdominal obesity,dyslipidemia,type 2 diabetes,hypertension,inflammation,and hypoxia.The study shows that MS and its related components play an important role in the etiology,progression and prognosis of tumor.In this paper,the research progress of metabolic syndrome and tumor is reviewed.
