摘要:
目的 探究早期康复护理应用于脑卒中的临床效果。方法 选取2016年7月~2017年7月收治的94例脑卒中患者的临床资料，依照护理方式分为对照组和研究组，每组47例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施早期康复护理，比较两组临床疗效、肢体功能与心理状态。结果 研究组临床治疗总有效率为93.62%，高于对照组的70.21%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组护理后的偏瘫肢体功能评分为（69.72±21.04）分，高于对照组的（53.11±16.06）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组护理后焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 早期康复护理对脑卒中患者生活能力有很好的改善效果，可以促进偏瘫肢体功能恢复，降低病发后致残率，值得普及。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke.Methods 94 patients with stroke were selected from July 2016 to July 2017 and divided into control group and study group according to nursing style.There were 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given early rehabilitation nursing,and the clinical effect,limb function and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 93.62%,which was higher than 70.21% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of limb function of hemiplegia after nursing in the study group was(69.72±21.04),which was higher than that in the control group(53.11±16.06),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression after nursing in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has a good effect on the improvement of life ability of stroke patients.It can promote the recovery of hemiplegic limb function and reduce the disability rate after the disease.It is worth popularizing.
