摘要:
前交叉韧带重建的成功关键之一在于韧带隧道的准确定位,由于膝关节软组织遮挡、关节镜视觉、术者经验等因素导致隧道定位不准,而计算机辅助导航技术的发展应用为准确定位韧带隧道提供了另一种技术应用。本文对近年来计算机辅助导航系统的种类、优缺点以及计算机结合3D打印技术研制的3D打印个体化导航模板应用做一综述。
Abstract:
Abstract:One of the keys to the success of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is accurate positioning of the ligament tunnel. The positioning of the tunnel is inaccurate due to knee soft tissue occlusion,arthroscopic vision, surgeon experience and other factors. The development of computer-assisted navigation technology is to accurately locate the ligament tunnel.Another technology application is provided.This paper summarizes the types,advantages and disadvantages of computer-aided navigation systems in recent years,and the application of 3D printed individual navigation templates developed in conjunction with 3D printing technology.
