摘要:
目的 调查研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者睡眠质量和生活质量。方法 选取2014年11月~2017年11月在我院治疗的72例OSAHS患者为研究组，并选取同期在我院体检的健康者72例作为对照组，对比两组患者睡眠质量和生活质量。结果 研究组睡眠障碍发生率和睡眠质量评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组生活质量评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；OSAHS患者睡眠质量和生活质量呈正相关（P＜0.05）。结论 OSAHS患者睡眠质量明显下降，生活质量显著降低，两者具有一定的协同作用，临床应给予针对性治疗，以改善患者睡眠质量和生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods 72 OSAHS patients who were treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 were selected as the study group and 72 healthy persons who were examined in our hospital during the same period as the control group,compared two groups of patients with sleep quality and quality of life.Results The incidence of sleep disorder and the score of sleep quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the sleep quality and quality of life in OSAHS patients were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of sleep in patients with OSAHS is significantly decreased,and the quality of life is significantly reduced.Both of them have certain synergistic effect. Clinical treatment should be targeted to improve sleep quality and quality of life.
