摘要:
目的 分析高尿酸血症患者的生化、血常规特点,总结临床治疗经验。方法 抽选2016年1月~2016年5月我院163例体检人员,按照尿酸结果分为两组(高尿酸组与尿酸正常组),比较两组体重指数(BMI)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、血脂、血常规中白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)等相关参数。结果 高尿酸组BMI高于正常组[(26.50±3.30)kg/m2 vs(24.37±2.99)kg/m2]、ALT水平高于正常组[(43.86±29.24)IU/L vs(26.67±18.19)IU/L];AST、GGT、WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT水平均较正常组升高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 根据高尿酸血症的生化、血常规特点,在降尿酸的过程中,不仅仅是关注尿酸,同时将减重、保肝、保护内皮细胞功能、抗炎等方面提供更多的治疗手段。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To analyze the characteristics of biochemical and blood routine in patients with hyperuricemia and to summarize the clinical experience.Methods 163 medical examiners were selected from January 2016 to May 2016 in our hospital.According to the results of uric acid,the patients were divided into two groups(hyperuricemia group and normal uric acid group).Body mass index was compared between the two groups(BMI),aspartate aminotransferase(ALT),alanine aminotransferase(AST),gamma glutamyl transferase(GGT),white blood cell, blood lipid(WBC),red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB)and hematocrit(HCT)and other related parameters.Results High uric acid group BMI higher than normal group[(26.50±3.30)kg/m2 vs(24.37±2.99)kg/m2],ALT level higher than the normal group[(43.86±29.24)IU/L vs(26.67±18.19)IU/L];AST,GGT,WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT levels were higher than those of the normal group,the difference between groups there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the biochemical and blood routine characteristics of hyperuricemia,uric acid is not only concerned in the process of lowering uric acid,but also provides more treatment for weight loss,liver protection,endothelial cell function and anti-inflammatory.
