摘要:
本文梳理国内外医疗相关APP相关文献，结合北京佑安医院用于慢性肝病患者随访管理的移动医疗APP的研发应用经验，认为目前慢性疾病管理APP具有预约挂号、健康科普、疾病咨询监测及评价、数据收集等模块与功能，讨论移动医疗APP优势及不足，分析发展中存在的问题及瓶颈，如投资风险大、软件同质性高、未探索出较好的收益模式、咨询服务以轻问诊为主且服务项目收费缺少名目，难以通过审计与财务部门审核，数据利用程度低等。提出医疗相关APP未来发展的合理建议：①做好APP应用激励机制设计，更好的服务慢性疾病患者管理；②软件从实用性上需减少用户负担，界面友好，软件管理专业化，纳入更多的专业人才；③国家需明确移动医疗的监管框架，促进移动医疗APP行业良性发展。
Abstract:
Abstract：In this paper,we review domestic and international medical-related APP related documents,and combine the experience of R&D and application of Beijing You'an Hospital for the management of patients with chronic liver disease.We believe that the current chronic disease management APP has an appointment registration,health science,and disease consultation monitoring and evaluation. Modules and functions such as data collection, discussing advantages and disadvantages of mobile medical APP,analyzing problems and bottlenecks in development,such as investment risk,high software homogeneity,failure to explore a better revenue model, consulting services to light inquiry,and lack of services project fees,it is difficult to audit and audit the financial department,the degree of data use is low.Suggestions for the development of medical-related APP in the future:①Make APP application incentive mechanism design to better serve the management of patients with chronic diseases;②Software needs to reduce user burden from practicality, friendly interface,specialization in software management,and incorporate more professional talents; ③Countries need to define mobile health care the regulatory framework promotes healthy development of the mobile medical APP industry.
