摘要:
癫痫是常见的小儿神经系统疾病,约20%~30%的癫痫患儿将发展成难治性癫痫。其中约30%~40%的癫痫患儿存在不同程度的智力损害。生酮饮食是一种高脂肪、低碳水化合物、足够蛋白质的饮食方案,主要依靠脂肪代谢产生酮体来为机体供应能量。目前众多研究证实其不但可以有效控制癫痫发作,且能明显改善癫痫患儿的智力水平。
Abstract:
Abstract:Epilepsy is a common pediatric nervous system disease.About 20% to 30% of children with epilepsy develop into refractory epilepsy.About 30% to 40% of children with epilepsy have different degrees of intellectual impairment.The ketogenic diet is a high-fat,low-carbohydrate,protein-rich diet that relies on the fat metabolism to produce ketone bodies that supply energy to the body. Numerous studies have confirmed that it can not only effectively control epileptic seizures,but also can significantly improve the intelligence of children with epilepsy.
