摘要:
目的 了解黑龙江省东部地区汉族人群冠心病的危险因素,为制定黑龙江省东部地区汉族人群冠心病的的二级预防提供依据。方法 选取2017年1月~12月在佳木斯大学附属第一医院心内科住院的患者,经冠状动脉造影检查或者冠状动脉CTA确诊的冠心病患者228例为冠心病组,同期确诊为非冠心病患者116例为非冠心病组,分别对冠心病组和非冠心病组的资料如性别、年龄、吸烟及饮酒等进行调查,对既往史如高血压病病史等进行调查,把甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂胆固醇(HDL-C)及尿酸(UA)等生化指标纳入研究对象里,分析冠心病组与非冠心病组危险因素的差异。结果 冠心病组和非冠心病组在年龄(P<0.01)、性别(P=0.043,P<0.05)、高血压病病史(P=0.033,P<0.05)、糖尿病病史(P=0.015,P<0.05)、吸烟史 (P=0.048,P<0.05)、甘油三脂(P=0.006,P<0.01)、胆固醇(P<0.05)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P=0.007,P<0.01)、尿酸(P=0.014,P<0.05)等研究因素的差异上有统计学意义,两组在高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (P=0.076,P>0.05)、饮酒史(P=0.316,P>0.05)两因素上的差异无统计学意义。结论 针对以上的危险因素,对危险因素采取预防治疗措施,降低黑龙江省东部地区冠心病的发病风险。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To identify the risk factors of coronary heart disease(CHD)in the Han nationality population in eastern Heilongjiang province,and to provide the basis for the establishment of the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease in the Han nationality population in the eastern region of Heilongjiang province.Methods From January 2017 to December in the Department of Cardiology of First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease,coronary angiography or coronary CTA diagnosed 228 cases of coronary heart disease group,earlier diagnosed with non coronary heart disease patients with 116 cases of non CHD group,respectively in CHD group and non CHD group information such as gender,age,smoking and alcohol drinking were investigated on the history,such as history of hypertension were investigated,the glycerin three greases(TG),cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and uric acid(UA)and other biochemical indicators included in the study,the difference analysis of the risk factors of CHD group and non CHD group.Results CHD group and non CHD group in age(P<0.01),gender (P=0.043,P<0.05),history of hypertension(P=0.033,P<0.05),diabetes(P=0.015,P<0.05),smoking history (P=0.048,P<0.05),glycerin three greases(P=0.006,P<0.01)and cholesterol(P<0.05),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(P=0.007,P <0.01),uric acid(P=0.014,P<0.05)there were statistically significant differences on the factors,the two groups in high density lipoprotein cholesterol(P=0.076,P>0.05),drinking history(P=0.316,P>0.05)there was no significant difference on the two factors.Conclusion In view of the above risk factors,the risk factors are taken to reduce the risk of coronary heart disease in the eastern part of Heilongjiang province.
