摘要:
目的 探讨聚焦解决模式对COPD患者主要照顾者的照顾负担及负性情绪的影响。方法 选取2016年10月~2017年6月60对出院的COPD患者及其主要照顾者，随机分为实验组与对照组各30例。对照组实施常规出院护理，实验组在此基础上实施聚焦解决模式的护理干预。干预前后分别对两组研究对象应用照顾者负担量表和焦虑抑郁自评量表进行评价。结果 干预前两组患者主要照顾者的照顾负担及负性情绪评分，无统计学意义（P>0.05），干预后两组患者主要照顾者的照顾负担及负性情绪评分，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 聚焦解决模式能够有效减轻COPD患者主要照顾者的照顾负担及负性情绪。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of focus-resolving model on the care burden and negative emotions of the main caregivers of patients with COPD.Methods From October 2016 to June 2017,60 COPD patients and their main caregivers were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was given routine discharge nursing,and the experimental group was given the nursing intervention based on the focus solution model.Before and after intervention,two groups of subjects were evaluated by carer burden scale and self-rating anxiety and depression scale.Results Before the intervention,the care burden and negative emotion scores of the main caregivers of the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).After the intervention,the care burden and negative emotional scores of the main caregivers of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The focus solution model can effectively reduce the burden of care and negative emotion of the main caregivers of COPD patients.
