摘要:
目的 探讨PDCA循环在老年病区跌倒事件管理中的应用效果。方法 2016年1月~12月针对老年病区跌倒不良事件应用计划、执行、检查、处理循环管理模式进行有效管理。比较PDCA循环管理应用于跌倒不良事件管理前后跌倒发生率及跌倒伤害率。结果 PDCA循环管理应用于跌倒不良事件管理后老年病区跌倒发生率从2015年的0.232‰降到2016年的0.124‰，下降明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），跌倒伤害率及2级以上跌倒伤害率均有所下降。结论 通过PDCA管理在跌倒不良事件管理中的应用，减少了老年病区跌倒事件的发生，降低了老年患者的住院安全风险，提高了老年患者在院生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation in the management of fall events in geriatric area.Methods From January to December 2016,the application plan,execution,inspection and management of circulatory management of fall adverse events in geriatric area were carried out.We compared the incidence and injury rate of fall before and after PDCA circulation management.Results The incidence of fall events in geriatric disease area decreased from 0.232 % in 2015 to 0.124 % in 2016 after the application of PDCA circulation management in the management of adverse events of fall,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The fall injury rate and the fall injury rate above grade 2 were all decreased.Conclusion The application of PDCA management in the management of fall adverse events can reduce the occurrence of fall events in geriatric areas,reduce the risk of hospitalization safety of elderly patients,and improve the quality of life of elderly patients in hospital.
