摘要:
目的 通过对河南某市农村老年人膝、腰关节疾病调查，了解河南某市农村老年人的膝、腰关节功能健康状况，为其提供方便可行的卫生服务。方法 对随机抽样该市15个行政村2201名老年人中患关节性疾病的影响因素及防治情况进行分析。结果 在调查的2156名老年人中，有膝、腰椎疾病的人数为668人，占调查人数的31.00%。生理特征、不健康的工作生活方式、关节过度负重是其发病的主要关联因素。结论 老年人关节疾病主要是骨性关节炎，年龄、性别、遗传、肥胖、关节外伤史、过渡运动等是其发病的主要危险因素。早期发现早治疗，延缓病程进展是目前的治疗原则。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the knee and lumbar joint functioning status of rural elderly in a city in Henan province by investigating the knee and lumbar joint diseases of the rural elderly in a city in Henan province,and provide them with convenient and feasible health services.Methods We analyzed the influencing factors and prevention and treatment of joint disease in 2201 old people in 15 administrative villages in the city.Results Among the 2156 elderly people surveyed,668 had knee and lumbar diseases, accounting for 31.00% of the surveyed population.Physiological characteristics,unhealthy working lifestyles,and excessive joint weight are the main factors associated with their onset.Conclusion The joint disease in the elderly is mainly osteoarthritis.Age,gender, inheritance,obesity,history of joint trauma and transitional movement are the main risk factors.Early detection of early treatment, delaying the progression of the disease is the current principle of treatment.
