摘要:
目的 探讨中晚期原发性肝癌介入治疗的临床效果及对肝功能的影响。方法 选取2015年11月~2017年10月我院收治的46例中晚期原发性肝癌患者为研究对象，全部患者均接受肝癌介入治疗，观察患者的治疗效果及治疗前后肝脏功能变化。结果 46例患者介入治疗1次后完全缓解14例，治疗2次后完全缓解27例，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；46例患者行介入治疗后，肝脏谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、甲胎蛋白（AFP）和总胆红素（TBIL）水平低于治疗前，白蛋白水平高于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 肝癌介入手术可有效治疗中晚期原发性肝癌，值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional treatment of primary liver cancer in middle and late stage and its effect on liver function.Methods A total of 46 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects.All patients received interventional treatment of liver cancer.The therapeutic effect and changes of liver function before and after treatment were observed.Results Complete remission was achieved in 14 patients after interventional therapy for one time in 46 patients and complete remission in 27 patients after two treatment visits,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after interventional treatment in 46 patients,liver alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and total bilirubin(TBIL)levels were lower than before treatment,albumin levels before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liver cancer interventional treatment can effectively treat advanced primary liver cancer.It is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.
