摘要:
本文旨在通过分析我国医学高校肿瘤学研究生创新创业现状与存在问题，面对精准医学的机遇和挑战，以创新教育为基础，以创业教育为载体，将创新教育与创业教育作为一个整体进行推进，最终实现高端应用型人才培养模式的根本转变。
Abstract:
Abstract：The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship of oncology graduate students in medical colleges and universities in China,face the opportunities and challenges of precision medicine,use innovative education as a foundation,and use entrepreneurship education as a vehicle to promote innovation education and entrepreneurship education as a whole.Ultimately,the fundamental transformation of high-end application-oriented personnel training models will be achieved.
