摘要:
目的 观察血液透析对维持性血液透析患者外周血FGF-23水平与钙磷代谢的影响,为慢性肾衰患者调节钙磷水平提供参考。方法 选取2016年6月~2017年6月在本院经低钙透析液行MHD治疗患者35例,于治疗前、治疗1、3、6个月后取血检测患者血清FGF-23及钙磷水平。结果 MHD患者血清FGF-23与磷水平逐渐降低且低于治疗前水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血钙水平治疗1个月时与治疗前无显著性差异,治疗3个月后开始降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血液透析能降低MHD患者血液FGF-23水平及钙、磷水平,且对于血清FGF-23与磷水平的调节作用更快,可作为慢性肾衰患者钙磷调节的有效方法。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of hemodialysis on peripheral blood FGF-23 levels and calcium and phosphorus metabolism in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and provide reference for the regulation of calcium and phosphorus levels in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 35 patients with MHD treated with low calcium dialysate in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected.Serum FGF-23 and calcium and phosphorus level were measured before 1,3 and 6 months after treatment.Results The levels of serum FGF-23 and phosphorus in MHD patients decreased gradually and were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in serum calcium levels between 1 month and before treatment,and it began to decrease after 3 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis can reduce the blood FGF-23 levels and calcium and phosphorus levels in patients with MHD,and has a faster regulation effect on serum FGF-23 and phosphorus levels,and can be used as an effective method for calcium and phosphorus regulation in patients with chronic renal failure.
