摘要:
目的 调查分析西安市某三甲医院医务人员异常代谢指标检出情况。方法 选取2015年度西安交通大学第一附属医院参加健康体检的职工3503人,通过对年龄、性别、人体测量学、生化免疫、腹部超声检查等指标的分析,研究其代谢综合征及相关指标的检出情况。结果 异常代谢指标检出率顺位:血脂异常28.78%>超重(21.10%)>高尿酸血症(18.01%)>脂肪肝(15.13%)>代谢综合征(10.76%)>高血压(9.62%)>高血糖(5.62%);代谢综合征相关指标中,一项及以上异常者占总人数的29.20%;两项及以上异常者占14.13%;三项及以上代谢综合征检出率异常者10.76%;脂肪肝组超重、高血压、高血糖、高甘油三酯、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高尿酸血症的检出率,高于非脂肪肝组(P<0.05)。结论 三甲医院医务人员代谢指标异常率较高,除超重、高血压、高血糖、血脂异常之外,高尿酸血症、脂肪肝也应成为体检筛查和健康管理的重点。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the abnormal metabolic indicators of medical staff in third class A hospital in Xi'an.Methods 3503 people from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiao Tong University were selected for health examination in 2015.Through the analysis of age,sex,anthropometry,biochemical immunity and abdominal ultrasonography,the detection of metabolic syndrome and related indexes was studied.Results The positive rate of abnormal metabolic index was:abnormal blood lipid 28.78%>overweight (21.10%)>hyperuricemia(18.01%)>fatty liver(15.13%)>metabolic syndrome(10.76%)>hypertension(9.62%)>hyperglycemia(5.62%),and one and more abnormality accounted for 29.20% of the total number of metabolic syndrome.Two and above abnormality accounted for 14.13%,three and 10.76% of abnormal metabolic syndrome,and the detection rates of overweight,hypertension,hyperglycemia,high triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and hyperuricemia in the fatty liver group were higher than those in the non fatty liver group(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal rate of metabolic indicators in third class A hospitals is high.Except for overweight, hypertension,hyperglycemia,and dyslipidemia,hyperuricemia and fatty liver should also be the focus of physical examination screening and health management.
