摘要:
目的 分析奥硝唑联合法莫替丁治疗老年慢性胃炎的疗效及安全性。方法 选取本院2016年8月~2017年8月收治的120例老年慢性胃炎患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，各60例。对照组采用法莫替丁治疗，研究组采用奥硝唑联合法莫替丁治疗，对比两组患者治疗总有效率和乏力、失眠、皮疹、腹泻等不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的73.33%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的20.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 奥硝唑联合法莫替丁治疗老年慢性胃炎，临床疗效显著，安全性高，值得推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of ornidazole combined with famotidine in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic gastritis.Methods 120 elderly patients with chronic gastritis admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with famotidine,and the study group was treated with Ornidazole combined with famotidine,and the two groups were compared to the total effective and fatigue,insomnia,rash,diarrhea and other adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,lower than that in the control group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Ornidazole combined with famotidine is effective and safe in treating chronic gastritis in elderly patients,and is worthy of promotion.
