摘要:
目的 观察水族整脊疗法联合针灸治疗中风后遗症临床疗效。方法 以我院2014年9月~2016年6月收治的90例中风患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组患者采用针灸常规处理，观察组患者采用针灸联合水族整脊疗法治疗，观察两组治疗效果及患者自理能力评分情况。结果 观察组治愈39例（86.67%），高于对照组的31例（68.90%），组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后日常生活能力量表得分优于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 水族整脊疗法联合针灸治疗中风后遗症，效果显著，有助于提高患者自理能力，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of aquarium chiropractic therapy combined with acupuncture in treating sequela of apoplexyMethods From September 2014 to June 2016,90 patients with stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with routine acupuncture,the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with aquarium chiropractic therapy,the therapeutic effect and the score of self-care ability of patients in the two groups were observed.Results 39 cases were cured in the observation group(86.67%),which were higher than those in the control group(68.90%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of daily living capacity scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of sequela of apoplexy with aquatic chiropractic therapy combined with acupuncture is effective.It helps to improve patients' self-care ability and is worthy of clinical application.
