摘要:
目的 探讨益气活血汤联合西药治疗在早期糖尿病肾病中的应用效果。方法 将我院肾内科2016年8月~2018年8月接收的120例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和试验组，每组60例。对照组采用西药治疗，试验组给予西药联合益气活血汤治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后肾功能指标及血糖指标。结果 治疗后，两组患者的SCr、BUN、mALb、UAER肾功能指标均较治疗前下降，对照组与治疗前相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），试验组与治疗前相比，统计学意义显著（P＜0.01）；试验组各项肾功能指标均低于对照组，差异有
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 120 patients with early diabetic nephropathy received from August 2016 to August 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The experimental group was treated with western medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction. The renal function indexes and blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the renal function indexes of SCr, BUN, mALb and UAER in the two groups were lower than those before treatment. The difference between the control group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The test group was compared with that before treatment. The statistical significance was significant (P<0.01); the renal function indexes of the experimental group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the FBG, 2 hPBG and HbA1c blood glucose indicators of the two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction and western medicine in patients with early diabetic nephropathy can improve the renal function and control blood sugar levels.
