摘要:
目的 探讨聚类分析方法在中药理气药对挖掘中的应用。方法 运用SPSS统计软件,对常见理气药物依据性味归经进行聚类分析,以离均差平方和法作为聚类方法,以欧式距离平方作为度量方法,生成树状图。结果 共分析生成7组药对,香橼与佛手,青皮与木香,檀香与薤白,甘松与大腹皮;荔枝核与玫瑰花;娑罗子与刀豆;梅花与柿蒂。结论 聚类分析在中药药对的总结和挖掘中有一定借鉴意义,但其有效性和实用性还有待进一步研究。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of cluster analysis in the excavation of traditional Chinese medicine for regulating Qi.Methods SPSS software was used to analyze the clustering of common medicines for regulating Qi according to the quality and flavor of the meridian. The sum of square of deviation mean difference was used as clustering method and the square of European distance was used as measure method to generate tree chart.Results A total of 7 groups of drug pairs, Citron and Buddha, green peel and woody, sandalwood and Allium macrostemon, Gan Pine and large abdominal skin, litchi seed and rose, Saha seed and concanavan bean, plum blossom and persimmon pedicle were analyzed.Conclusion Cluster analysis is useful for the summary and excavation of traditional Chinese medicine, but its validity and practicability need further study.
