摘要:
目的 调查分析河北省三甲医院护士人文关怀品质现状及影响因素。方法 选择河北省5所三甲医院的1000名护士作为研究对象,使用护士人文关怀品质评价量表评估其现状及影响因素。结果 共收回有效问卷956份,河北省三甲医院护士人文关怀品质总分为(116.28±17.10)分,得分率为80.19%。不同年龄、不同工作年限的护士得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职务、不同政治面貌的护士得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);参加与未参加过人文关怀知识培训的护士得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),家人与同事的关心不同的护士得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 河北省三甲医院护士人文关怀品质总体良好,但仍有很大的提升空间。人文关怀知识培训、家人和同事关心、年龄、工作年限、职务与政治面貌7项内容为护士人文关怀品质的影响因素。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of humanistic care quality of nurses in the top three hospitals in Hebei Province. Methods A total of 1,000 nurses from 5 top three hospitals in Hebei Province were selected as subjects, and their status and influencing factors were assessed using the Nursing Humanity Quality Assessment Scale. Results A total of 956 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The total quality of nurses' care in the top three hospitals in Hebei Province was (116.28±17.10), with a score of 80.19%. The scores of nurses of different ages and working years were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of nurses with different positions and political appearances were statistically significant (P<0.01). Participation and non-participation There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of nurses who cared for knowledge training (P<0.01). There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of nurses with different concerns of family and colleagues (P<0.01). Conclusion The quality of nurses' care in the top three hospitals in Hebei Province is generally good, but there is still much room for improvement. Humanistic care knowledge training, family and colleagues' concern, age, working years, position and political appearance are the influencing factors of nurses' humanistic care quality.
