摘要:
目的 探讨综合护理干预在凶险型前置胎盘中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年9月~2018年7月我科收治的73例凶险型前置胎盘孕妇，按照数字随机法分为对照组36例及观察组37例。对照组患者采用前置胎盘常规护理，观察组患者采取综合护理干预措施。比较两组产后出血发生率、24 h产后出血量，新生儿1 min Apgar评分、早产儿、新生儿窒息发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组产后出血发生率、24h产后出血量低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组新生儿1 min Apgar评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；其早产儿发生率、新生儿窒息发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将综合护理干预应用于凶险型前置胎盘患者，有助于降低产后出血的发生，改善新生儿预后，提高护理服务满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in sinister placenta previa. Methods 73 pregnant women with placenta previa were enrolled in our department from September 2017 to July 2018. According to the numerical randomization method, 36 cases were in the control group and 37 cases in the observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with placenta previa, and patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing interventions. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, 24 h postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal 1 min Apgar score, premature infant, neonatal asphyxia and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group and the postpartum hemorrhage volume in 24h were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The 1 min Apgar score of the newborns in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of premature infants and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with sinister placenta previa can help reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, improve the prognosis of newborns, and improve the satisfaction of nursing services.
