摘要:
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)即冠心病,是一种因冠状动脉粥样硬化病变,引起管腔狭窄、阻塞,导致心肌缺血、缺氧、坏死等的心脏疾病。随着传统医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变,冠心病患者的情绪障碍问题受到越来越多的关注。同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病及抑郁症状的发生密切相关,而抑郁症状与冠心病有关。本文就Hcy、抑郁症状与冠心病的关系研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:
Abstract:Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD), or coronary heart disease, is a heart disease caused by coronary atherosclerotic lesions, causing stenosis and obstruction, leading to myocardial ischemia, hypoxia and necrosis. With the transition from the traditional medical model to the bio-psycho-social medical model, the problem of emotional disorders in patients with coronary heart disease has received more and more attention. Hcycysteine (Hcy) is closely related to the occurrence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and depressive symptoms, and depressive symptoms are associated with coronary heart disease. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between Hcy, depressive symptoms and coronary heart disease.
