摘要:
当前，人口老龄化及老龄化所带来的问题越趋严重，由于老年患者独特的身体及心理特点，其随着人们生活水平的提高而需求不断扩大和提升，而针对老年患者这类特殊人群的照护，在人才培养建设及发展方面供不应求，还需不断地发展和总结经验。因此，本文通过概括老年人的健康特点、归纳国内外针对老年护理人才体系培养建设的现状，探索和发现适合我国国情的老年护理人才体系建设的方法，以促进我国养老事业的发展，突破我国现阶段乃至将来面临的巨大困难。

Abstract：At present, the problems caused by population aging and aging are becoming more and more serious. Due to the unique physical and psychological characteristics of elderly patients, their needs are constantly expanding and improving with the improvement of people's living standards. The care of special populations is in short supply in terms of talent development and development, and it is necessary to continuously develop and summarize experiences. Therefore, this paper summarizes the health characteristics of the elderly, summarizes the current situation of the cultivation of the aged care talent system at home and abroad, explores and discovers the method of building the aged care talent system suitable for China's national conditions, and promotes the development of China's old-age care career. Break through the great difficulties facing China at this stage and even in the future.
