摘要:
目的 探讨五海瘿瘤丸联合微波消融治疗乳房良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法 选择我院2018年6月~2019年3月拟行乳腺微波消融术患者60例，随机分为对照组及观察组，各30例。对照组单纯采用微波消融术治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予五海瘿瘤丸口服治疗，观察两组术后第3天不良反应发生情况、术后3个月临床疗效、中医临床症状积分情况及术后半年复发情况。结果 术后第3天观察组不良反应发生率为11.63%，低于对照组的33.34%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后3个月的临床疗效为83.53%，高于对照组的47.37%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组中医临床症状积分改善率为64.36%，高于对照组的20.46%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后半年复发率为13.38%，低于对照组的40.56%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 五海瘿瘤丸联合微波消融治疗乳房良性肿瘤疗效显著，安全性高，复发率低，应用效果较好。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wuhai Yingliu Pills combined with microwave ablation in the treatment of benign breast tumors. Methods 60 patients with breast microwave ablation from June 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases each. The control group was treated with microwave ablation alone. The observation group was given Wuhai Yingliu Pills on the basis of the control group. The adverse reactions occurred on the 3rd day after operation, the clinical efficacy after 3 months, and the clinical symptom scores of TCM were observed. The situation and recurrence will be finding after half a year. Results On the third day after operation, the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.63%, lower than that of the control group which was 33.34%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical effect of the observation group was 83.53% after 3 months, higher than the control group which was 47.37%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The improvement rate of clinical symptom scores in the observation group was 64.36%, higher than that in the control group which was 20.46%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The observation group recurrence rate was 13.38% in the group after operation, lower than that in the control group which was 40.56%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Wuhai Yingliu Pills combined with microwave ablation is effective in the treatment of benign breast tumors with high safety, low recurrence rate and good application effect.
